• Please send your inquiry to studio@mneme.co

  • MNEME accepts and can produce a limited number of private commissions each year. To initiate a bespoke piece, please submit an inquiry via the contact form with details regarding your vision, desired scale, and timeline. Each commission is approached as a collaborative process—carefully tailored to reflect the client’s space, intention, and aesthetic sensibility. Upon review, MNEME will follow up with availability, scope, and pricing.

  • All list prices are available upon request. Trade pricing is extended exclusively to qualified interior designers and industry professionals who submit valid credentials such as resale certificates, business licenses, or other proof of professional status. All quotes are based on F.O.B. (Free On Board) San Francisco, CA. Shipping, handling, packing, insurance, and storage charges are invoiced separately. Sales tax and any applicable taxes are the purchaser’s responsibility. Prices are subject to change without notice; please confirm current pricing before placing your order.

  • Estimated lead times are provided at order confirmation and may vary due to material availability and production capacity. Delays may occur, especially with custom orders. Timely receipt of all specifications is essential. Delivery timelines are estimates and do not constitute conditions of sale.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, all sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted.

  • How to Clean Bronze

To maintain the natural patina and finish of your bronze artwork:

    1. Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a natural-bristle brush to gently remove dust.

    2. Avoid Moisture: Do not use water or cleaning sprays, as moisture may cause spotting or corrosion.

    3. Polish Sparingly: If desired, a small amount of museum-grade wax (such as Renaissance Wax) can be applied with a soft cloth. Buff gently to enhance luster.

    4. Do Not Use Abrasives: Avoid metal polishes, rough cloths, or chemical cleaners, which can damage the patina.

Note: Natural oxidation may occur over time—this is part of the material’s evolving character.

    How to Clean Glass

To preserve the clarity and elegance of glass components:

    1. Dust Gently: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.

    2. Spot Clean Carefully: If needed, apply a small amount of glass cleaner to the cloth (never directly onto the artwork). Wipe gently to avoid streaks.

    3. Handle with Care: Always support the piece from its base. Do not apply pressure to edges or joins.

    4. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Steer clear of ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners, which may dull or etch the surface.
